You've never been able to create events and reminders so quickly – tap a hotkey, and start typing! e.g. ”Lunch tomorrow at Johnny's at noon“, ”Cycling class at 6 for 1.5h“, ”Pay taxes before 4/15!“, ”Reminder: Order Pizza in 10m“…
Autocomplete speeds data entry even more. QuickCal will suggest common terms as you are typing … and it will learn long words you use frequently. Hit tab (⇥ ) or enter (↩) to accept auto-completion suggestions.
What good is the speed of QuickCal if you have to double-check to see if you’re available for the events you’re creating? Don’t worry – QuickCal will be checking as you type and let you know if you’re double-booking yourself!
Create Reminders with Natural Language. Assign priorities and due dates and times. Review and complete reminders directly from the QuickCal menu bar.
Never worry about setting alerts again. QuickCal creates smart alarms at configurable time intervals, specific to how far in the future the event is. A meeting tomorrow? Notification 15 min in advance. A meeting in 6 months? Alert a few days in advance.
Try it free for 14 days!
(You can also use this version if you purchased QuickCal on the AppStore)
It’s a prime example of how you can make an intuitive, automated and very simple app.
No matter how pretty a calendar interface may be, it’s always easier to just tell the calendar, in plain English, what you want. QuickCal makes it really easy.
One of my favorite apps! Been using it for years. Great work all around.
The only way QuickCal could get any faster is if it actually finished sentences for you. Oh, wait… Autocomplete does exactly that.
…one of my favorite ways to add items to iCal.
Wow, QuickCal kicks ass.
